Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy explains what information MARSAM collects when you use marsam.pk and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order, the details you enter at checkout (name, phone number, email if given, city and delivery address, payment method and order notes) are put into a WhatsApp message that you send to us. We don't store this information on our website. Your cart is saved only in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.

How we use it

We use your details only to confirm and deliver your order, to share payment details, and to answer your questions. We share your name, phone number and address with our courier so they can deliver your order. We don't sell your information.

Third-party services

Orders and messages are sent through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log basic technical information such as IP address for security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
