Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Every piece is hand-packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. We deliver across Pakistan. Custom pieces take 7–10 business days to make before dispatch.

Delivery charges depend on your city and the size of your order. We confirm the exact charge on WhatsApp before you pay.

Payment

We accept bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. After you place your order on WhatsApp, we send you the payment details and your order total including delivery. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Custom-size and custom-design pieces are made to order and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged on arrival

Please record a video while unboxing your order. If your piece arrives damaged, send the video to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it.
